**Since FUNdamentals is a co-op, parents contribute an annual co-op fee to help cover rent, insurance, website, and other incidental fees.**
Each student must be registered with FUNdamentals first before enrolling in classes.
Once all registration forms and co-op costs have been received, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with directions on how to contact the instructors to enroll in classes. Semester fees are paid directly to the instructor of each class.

**Due to facility & COVID 19 limitations, there is a cap on enrollment. A family will be notified if they are placed on the waiting list due to space. Fees will not be processed if this is the case. Annual Co-Op Cost is also refundable up until Sept. 1st. If a family moves, desired classes are full, or plans change, FUN will refund your annual fee. Please contact the Director BEFORE Sept. 1st for a refund.**

Please read the forms carefully and completely before submitting.

Registration is complete when $60 annual co-op cost per student is processed through venmo or paypal link provided. Please include a note with PayPal or Venmo payment with your family and student's name. (There are no extra costs if you participate on a 2nd day.)

FUNdamental & Class Fees
Most classes are paid on a semester basis at the beginning of each semester.
Refunds are not given if a child drops mid-semester.
Monthly classes are paid on the first class of each month directly to the instructor.
Classes are not prorated even if you know your child will be absent one week.
If you have any questions or unique circumstances, please feel free to speak with the individual teacher.

FUNdamentals is NOT a vendor since we are NOT a school.

If you prefer to register by mail and pay with a personal check or credit card, please print and complete the forms below and mail with annual $60 co-op costs (per student) to the address on the bottom on the form.

If you are paying by check, please make checks payable to Christian Classical Conservatory.
​
If you will be including credit card information on the form, please note a $3 processing fee will be applied to your annual student registration fee.
