FUN Parent INFO & Orientation Meeting

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 26TH

9:00 AM @ Hills Church, Arcadia

11:00 AM @ Hills Church, Arcadia

1:00 AM @ Hills Church, Arcadia

6:00 PM via ZOOM

If you are registered to participate in our 2020-2021 FUNdamentals Co-Op or would like to join us, please attend ONE of our In Person or Virtual Parent Info Meetings.

Due to COVID-19, there are many changes to our guidelines, safety protocols, and sick policy. Mandatory Sick Policy and COVID-19 forms must be read, signed and submitted before any parent, child, or instructor can fellowship at our facility. It is very important ONE parent from each family attends a meeting so these forms can be signed before our first official day. If your health allows, please try to attend one of the "In Person" meetings so these forms can be signed.

Please register at Eventbrite to save your spot. CLICK HERE. Space is limited in each meeting as an effort to social distance.

To attend the Virtual ZOOM Meeting, CLICK HERE.

Meeting ID: 884 6701 2217

  • Updated schedule including which classes will start online, which classes will meet in person, and which classes will be hybrid

  • Co-Op registration and class sign up process

  • How to help keep the facility safe and clean

  • Updated donation list based on church's new COVID needs

  • Q & A

Thank you for attending!

**Like other viral infections, COVID-19 does pose a certain level of health risks to individuals exposed to it. Participation in FUN activities during the ’20-’21 school year does come with an inherent risk. We cannot promise that children or parents will be 100% safe from COVID-19 or any other form of a communicable disease while participating in parent meetings or learning opportunities. It is possible that a parent or a child can/will be infected with a viral infection including COVID-19, the flu, etc. We cannot guarantee that individuals will not come in contact with COVID or any other virus. As you consider having your family participate in the ’20-’21 FUN Co-Op, parents must consider this possibility and participate at your own risk. Thank you.**
